WITNESSETH, that the
party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being WM at Orient Point, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and .State of
New York, bounded and described as follows:
PARCEL I
13E]GINNTNG at the corner formed by the intersection of the westerly side of a fifteet
foot U.S.A. Easement and the southerly side of land now or formerly of G.E. and
B.D. Lath,�m; running thence along said westerly side of said 15 -foot U.S.A.
r3scment, South 19° 58' 40" East 465.00 feet to a point; thence South 390 00" West
76 feet to land of the State of New York; thence along said land North 260 33' 20"
West 280.00 feet to the Southerly side of land now or formerly of McDonnell; thence

New York State Taking Line; thence along said line, the following two courses and
distances:

BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly corner of the above-described premises
and running thence South 19° 58' 40" Fast, about 125 feet to the ordinary high
water mark of Gardiner's Bay; running thence in a southwesterly direction, along the
ordinary high water mark of Gardiner's Bay, about 65 feet to a point; running then
North 260 13' 20" West, about 100 feet to the southwesterly corner of the above-
described premises; and
'RXET,IER WITH all right, title and interest in grantor herein in and to Gardiner's
Bay and the lands under the waters thereof adjacent to the said premises.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part
by Deed dated 3/--/79 and recorded 8/23/79 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in
Liber 8681, page 365.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any. streets and
