WITNESSETH, That the part}' of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other vuhrible consideration
paid by the parry of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of Lind, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

of New York being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of the Main Road (N.Y.S. Route 25
distant 146.34 feet easterly from the corner farmed by the southerly side of
the Main Road with the easterly side of Halyoake Avenue, a/k/a Platt Road,
,side point or place of beginning being the northeasterly corner of land now
or formerly of Andrade; THENCE North 65 degrees 48' 50" East along the southerly
side of the Main Road 229.01 feet to land now or formerly of Scandia Products,
Inc.; THENCE South 37 degrees 40' 20" Fast along the last mentioned land 1425.75
feet to land now or formerly of Strong, THENCE South 49 degrees 54' 40" West
along the last mentioned land 372.73 feet to the easterly side of Halyoake
Avenue; THENCE North 37 degrees 23' 40" West along the easterly side of Halyoake

Avenue 1259.02 feet to land now or for

Subject to utility easements, covenants and restrictions, reservations and
agreements of record, if any.
Being the same premises heretofore conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed dated July 26, 1971 and recorded on July 28, 1971 in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office in Liber 6974 Page 544.
TOGETHER with all right, tide and interest, if any, of the parry o
f the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and
all the estate and rights of the parry of the first part in and to said premises; To HAVE AND PO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the part)' of the
second cart forever.
AND the parry of the first parr covenants that the party of the first part has not done or 5. ficred anything whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first
parr will receive the consideration for d.is cu,cyance and will hold the right To receive s'.,ch consideration as a
