the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded
and described as follows:
A one-fourth W undivided interest in and to the 50 foot Right of Way
running between the northerly line of Main Road (NYS Route 25) and the
southerly line of Lot #1 on the foregoing described Minor Subdivision
Map of Whitcom Investment Company, more particularly bounded and de-
scribed as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument in the southwesterly corner of the Right of Way
herein described, the said monument also being at the southeasterly
corner of land of Harrison M. Demarest, Jr. , Robert T. Demarest, and
Louis M. Demarest, formerly Lydia E. Young;
thence from said point of beginning running North 15 degrees 09 minutes
