1000 certain map entitled, "Map of Marion Manor, situated at East Marion,
Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, surveyed November 25,
SECTION 1952, by Otto W. VanTuyl and Son, Licensed surveyors in Greenport,
038. 00 New York, owned and developed by Peter Blank & Son, East Williston,
Long Island, New York," and filed in the office of the Clerk of the
BLOCK County of Suffolk on March 18, 1953, as Map No, 2038.

BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of
LOT the first part by deed from Carol Marino, formerly Carol Sammon,
018. 000 dated September 9, 1975 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s
Office on October 7, 1975 in Liber 7922 page 12.
The conveyance hereunder is subject to a certain mortgage executed
by Carol Sammon, as mortgagor, to Southold Savings Bank, as
mortgagee, which mortgage is dated July 2, 1974, and was recorded
on July 17, 1974, in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk in mortgage Liber 7120 page 426, and on which mortgage there
is now due the stun of $ .24, f`% f/ with interest thereon at the rate

assumes and covenants to pay such mortgage debt and interest as
part of the consideration for this conveyance.
