WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that,Sertain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the hamlet of Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, and bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the westerly line of a 50 foot private
DISTRICT road, 1309.61 feet southerly along said westerly line from the Main
1000 Road, said point of beginning being the southeasterly corner of land
conveyed or about to be conveyed by the parties of the first part
SECTION to Braddick; from said point of beginning running southeasterly
020. 00 along said 50 foot private road on a curve to the left, having a
radius of 107.32 feet, a distance of 200.0 feet; thence along land
BLOCK of King Estate, two courses: (1) South 10 43' 00" East 18.28 feet;
03.00 thence (2) South 470 31' 13" West 337.55 feet to land of Brawner;
thence along said land, North 10° 16' 20" West 249.54 feet; thence
LOT along said land conveyed or about to be conveyed to Braddick, North
012.002 600 521 30" East 158.50 feet to the point of beginning. Containing
44,343 square feet.
Together with a right of way over said 50 foot private road from the
easterly corner of the premises westerly and then northerly about
1510 feet to the Main Road.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Norman A.
3 Reich, one of the parties of the first part, by deed dated April
19, 1974 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on
April 23, 1975 in Liber 7829 cp 64.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
