GRANTEE, docs hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the GRANTEE, the heirs or

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements
thereon erected, situate, lying and being
Parcel I' Approximately 16 acres of wetlands consisting of several meadow
islands in the channels of East Creek a/k/a Eugene's Creek, Baldwin Creek
a/k/a Mud Creek, and Haywaters Cove, shown and designated on a map
annexed hereto and marked Exhihit A; together with
Pareel2 Approximately 18.5 acres of wetlands consisting ofa meadow
beginning at the easterly corner of the dead end of Arrowhead Lane,
easterly 350 teet to the waters ofLiule Peconie Bay, thence southerly
approximately 900 feet to the southernmost edge of the dredged channel,
thence running westerly approximately 1000 leet along said dredged
channel, then running northerly along the waters of Lillie Creek for
approximately 850 feet to the land lunnerly owned by Kull, thence
North 2 degrees 10 minutes West for 139 leet to a granite monument,
thence easterly approximately 600 feet along the south side of woods
