BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part
(then known as Janet A. Tucker) by deed dated April 1, 1981 and recorded in the
Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on May 26, 1981 in Liber 9007 page 184.
This interest in real property is acquired by the Town pursuant to Chapter 59 "Open
Space Preservation" of the Town Code of the Town of Southold. The fee or any lesser
interest or right acquired by the Town pursuant to this deed shall not be alienated
except upon the affirmative vote of a majority of the Town Board after a public
hearing thereon and upon the approval by the electors of the Town voting on a
proposition submitted at a spec~; or biennaal ~own-eleeti@a. No subsequent

abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the
estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein
granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the
said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.

of the property herein described;
RUNNING THENCE South 72 degrees 19 minutes 00 seconds East along the West Harbor
for a distance of 245.70 feet;
THENCE South 23 degrees 54 minutes 00 seconds West along the West Harbor for a
distance of 38.80 feet;
