The natural resources and conditions of the said premises shall remain undisturbed and tn its natural state, and to this end there shall be no excavation or grading and no trees on the premises shall be cut or removed and no other vegetation shall be disturbed except for dead, diseased or decayed vegetation or trees as mqy be required for conservation purposes.
