IS.C.T.M.#1000-079-06-3.71 Dear Matt: Enclosed please find Offer of Dedication to the Town for Private Road located in Southold that we discussed and is now owned by the North Fork Housing Alliance. It is my understanding that the Town Board is willing to accept this road into the highway system and that the Highway Department will maintain it in the future. Also, in October, we sent to you a Right-of-Way Agreement with reference to another lot granted by the Town to the Alliance. Please let us know the status of that Right-of-Way Agreement.
