THIS INDENTURE, made the 14th day of November, nineteen hundred and eighty-nine

TOWN OF SOUTHOLD, a Municipal Corporation, having an
office at 53095 Main Road, Southold, New York 11971,
party of the first part, and CHR'ISTINA M. DINIZIO, residing at 637 Brown Street,
Greenport, New York 11944,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of

by the party of the second part, does hereby remise, re lease and quitclaim unto the party of the second part,
the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situ-
ate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, and more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of Flint Street at the
southwest corner of Lot #94 as shown on "Map of Greenport Driving
Park" filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office as Map #369; running
thence along the said northerly line of Flint Street, north 82 degrees
47 minutes 10 seconds west 25.0 feet to land to be conveyed by the
party of the first part to Wayde T. Manwaring and Julia Manwaring, his
wife; thence along said land, north 6 degrees 53 minutes 30 seconds
east 124.63 feet to Long Island Railroad; thence along said land north 8
degrees 11 minutes 40 seconds east 25.63 feet to said Lot #94;
running thence along said Lot #94, south 6 degrees 53 minutes 30
seconds west 130.40 feet to the point or place of beginning.

TOGETHER with all right. title and interest, if any. of the party of the first part of. in and to any streets
and roads abutting the above.described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to
said premises,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, hereby covenants that the
party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and
will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of
the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.

Greenport, which runs from Flint Street to the Long Island Railroad
tracks, and was abandoned by the Town of Southold in 1983.
