I ordered a search by Title USA and enclose herewith a copy of its title report No. 86-52-54746. wherein the title company reports that the premises are "Subject to the rights of others in common over the subject premises and more particularly mentioned in Grant of Right of Way in deed L. 5121 p. 74 as contained within."
