County of Suffolk, State of New York, which plot is knovm as and by
the lots numbers forty-two (42) , forty-three (43) , and forty-four
(44) as shown on a map entitled "I,ap of Section 1\io Gardi_ner' s Bay
� states, situate at oast I♦Tari on Long Island" which map was filed in Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on September 23rd , 1927, under -the
number 275.
Together with the right of way to pass and repass for street purposes
over all streets on said map including "the paths"leading to the
beach as well as all other rights and privileges granted to the party
of the first herein by deed dated August 30th, 1950 between "Gardners
Bay Company Inc. , " as grantor, and Frederick Allen Rattenbury and Doris
P. Rattezzbury,his wife", as grantees, which said deed was recorded in
the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on November 27th, 1.950 in
iLiber 3157 at Page 153; and, subject to all of the obligations, covenants,
and restrictions set forth in said deed to the extent that the sane may
now be in force and effect.
This deed has been executed and is intended to be recorded for the sole
purpose of amending the public record of title to the subject parcel of
improved real property so as to reflect thereon the identity of the party
of the first part herein, she also being the party of the second part
iherein, as being the same person formerly known as Doris P. Rattenbury,
wife, surviving spouse and surviving tenant by the entirety of the
aforementioned Frederick Allen Rattenbury who died a resident of the
County of Kings, State of New York on January 10th, 1958
