King, President Board of Trustees . . April 13, 2006 Dear Southold Town Trustees, I am writing in support of the Reinhard/Hans plans to renovate their home on Beachwood Road, Cutchogue. They have been our neighbors for over forty years and I am pleased to hear that they want to build a year round home Beachwood Colony is a small community, existing of mostly renovated summer beach cottages on narrow lots along Peconic Bay. Their house plans were thoughtfully prepared respecting their neighbor's privacy and fitting in with the updated Beachwood community. Since most of the house have not been sold outside of the original families for the last 40 years, we are a very close community. I grew up with the Reinhard/Hans family and look forward to growing old with them too. Thank you for your consideration in their application. sm:=~ r~ ~ AP'fJ l' "00"0 '-, 'T LUv . . James F.
