April 13, 2006
Dear Southold Town Trustees,
I am writing in support of the Reinhard/Hans plans to renovate their home on
Beachwood Road, Cutchogue. They have been our neighbors for over forty years and I
am pleased to hear that they want to build a year round home
Beachwood Colony is a small community, existing of mostly renovated summer beach
cottages on narrow lots along Peconic Bay. Their house plans were thoughtfully prepared
respecting their neighbor's privacy and fitting in with the updated Beachwood
community.
Since most of the house have not been sold outside of the original families for the last
40 years, we are a very close community. I grew up with the Reinhard/Hans family and
look forward to growing old with them too.
Thank you for your consideration in their application.

The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 95, Waterfront Consistency Review of the

Dear Southold Town Trustees:
The Reinhard family have been our Beachwood neighbors for about 50 years. As one would
expect, during that time we have become good friends and we enjoy having them as our
neighbors.
We have reviewed their construction Dlans and fullv SUDDort their DroDosed modifications.
We made similar changes to our summer cottage when we retired to Beachwood in the 1970s.
We look forward to having them as our year-round neighbors and urge you to support their
efforts in a timely manner.
If we can be of further help, please do not hesitate to contact us at 631-734-6783 or visit us at
545 Beachwood Road (the house west of the Reinhard's house).
