Re: Bradley/Murphy Permit #6323
Attached please find 2 copies of the revised site plan showing the
new location of the landward drywell to attain a separation
distance of 20' from the "future" possible expansion leaching
pool. The attached Health dept notice explains their requirement
of your approval of this relocation before they will issue the
permit. Although it is nearly a year since this permit was issued,
it has taken until now to get DEC approval for the pre-
existing leaching pool abandonment and anon-jurisdiction for the
remainder of the project above the 10'contour.

Dear Board of trustees,
This application involves proposed additions & renovations to an existing single family
residence to be 57.5 ft from the wetlands boundary & 199'+ from the Iv1TI water line
and at 24' above sea level.
Trustee authorization was granted to a previous owner to construct the catwalk, ramp &
float in 1987.
Enclosed please find:
1 original set & 5 copies of the following documents
la. Application for permit
lb. short environmental assessment form
2. site plan sealed & signed by the Architect
3. Color Photos taken showing the location of the existing home
4. 1 Stamped survey showing topographical information at 2' intervals
5. existing & proposed plans
6. lot coverage calculation sheet
7. floor plans of existing & proposed footprint
8. cover letter
The current home is apre-existing, non-conforming structure, 65' feet from the edge of
the wetlands and approximately 26' above sea level. The owners wish to add living space
and the proposed plans add an extension/great room off the kitchen (smaller than the
existing waterside deck) an addition and a wrap around deck with hot tub that bring the
structure to within 57.5' of the edge of the wetlands and remain above the 24' contour.
There is an additional master bedroom being added on the ground floor that is landward
of the existing structure. The second story is being expanded but does not further effect
the lot coverage. -
