Laurel Dear Mr. Terry: Attached please find an L WRP Consistency Assessment Form being submitted in association with an application to the Board of Trustees for a Town Wetlands Permit to remove and replace an existing timber bulkhead with a vinyl bulkhead. I have indicated that all policies are "Not Applicable," because pursuant to Town Code S95-5(A) and the corresponding definitions of "action" and "minor action" by S95-3, the submission of a L WRP Consistency Assessment Form is not required for this application, as the proposed work entails only "maintenance or repair involving no substantial changes in an existing structure or facility." Respectfully yours, Robert E. Herrmann Coastal Management Specialist cc: Lauren Standish, Board of Trustees Town of Southold . . L WRP CONSISTENCY ASSESSMENT FORM A. INSTRUCTIONS 1. Before answering the questions in Section C, the preparer of this form should review the exempt minor action list, policies and explanations of each policy contained in the Town of Southold Local Waterfront Revitalization Program. A prooosed action will be evaluated as to its significant beneficial and adverse effects upon the coastal area (which includes all of South old Town). 3.
