WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, pursuant to
Resolution Number 1085-1986 adopted by the Suffolk County
Legislature on September 23, 1986 andl thereafter, approved by the
County Executive on October 6, 1986, ~n consideration of ten
dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the
second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land with any
buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and
being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York and acquired by Tax Deed on February 5, 1980, from
Jean H. tuthill, the County Treasurer of Suffolk County, New
York) and recorded on February 5! 1980, in Liber 8774, cp 361
on 302, corrected by deed dated AUgust 12, 1985, and recorded
on August 20, 1985, in Liber 9855, at cp 140, and otherwise
known as and by Town of Southold} Sch Dist 9 N-Northwoods Sub
E-Northwoods Sub S-Northwoods Suo W-Cox La,
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of
the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above-described premises to the center lines
thereof;

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the
party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.

AND the party of the first part, in compliance with
Section 13 of the Lien Law, hereby covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance
and will hold the ri~ht to receive such consideration as a trust
fund to be applied f~rst for the purpose of paying the cost of
the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of
the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of
the same for any other purpose.
THE WORD "PARTY" shall be construed as if it read
"parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

WHEREAS, the COUNTY OF SUFFOLK is the fee owner of the followinq
described parcel:
ALL, that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with any buildings and
improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, and State of New York, described on the Tax Map of the
Suffolk County Real Property Tax Service Agency as District 1000, Section
084.00, Block 01.00, Lot 028.000, and acquired by tax deed on February 5, 1980,
from Jean H. Tuthill, the County Treasurer of Suffolk County, New York, and
recorded on February 5, 1980, in Liber 8774, at cp 361 on 362, corrected by deed
dated August 12, 1985 and recorded on August 20, 1985, in Liber 9855, at cp 140,
and otherwise known as and by Town of Southold, Sch Dist 9 N-Northwoods Sub E-
Northwoods Sub S-Northwoods Sub W-Cox La; and
WHEREAS, Section 72-h of the General Municipal Law permits a sale of real
property between municipal corporations, or between a municipal corporation of
the State of New York or the United States of America; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Real Estate has determined that it would be in
the best interest of the County of Suffolk, to convey this parcel tp the TOWN OF
SOUTHOLD for the total sum of $391. 72, inclusive of all taxes throuqh November
30, 1986; and
and
WHEREAS, said property is surplus to the needs of the County of Suffolk;
WHEREAS, the Department of Real Estate has received and deposited the
