Dear Judy:
Enclosed herewith are the following two deeds quitclaiming from
Helen S. Tuthill and William B. Sterling the highways known as
Redwood Lane and Meadow Lane on the subdivision map of Nassau
Farms:
1. Deed dated August 1, 1985 from Helen S. Tuthill to the Town
of Southold, which deed has been recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on September 3, 1985 in Liber 9864 of
deeds at page 416.
2. Deed dated August 1, 1985 from William B. Sterling to the Town
of Southold, which deed has been recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on September 3, 1985 in Liber 9864 of
deeds at page 414.
As you will recall, the Town of Southold acquired title to these
"paper" streets for purposes of providing a launching ramp.
In order that I may have a record of your receipt of the above for
my file, will you please sign a copy of this letter which I have
enclosed for that purpose and return to me.
