QUITCLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made the Z4L!�_ day of p , 1981
BETWEEN the COUNTY OF SUFFOLK, a municipal corporation
of the State of New York, having its principal office at the
Suffolk County Center, Center Drive , Riverhead , New York 11901 ,
party of the first part,
AND DORIS T. HOEY, 56 Main Road , Orient , N. Y. 11957 , party
of the second part,

DISTRICT Resolution Number 842-1981 adopted by the Suffolk County
1000 Legislature on August 25, 1981 and , thereafter , approved by the

LOT ALL, that certain plot, piece or parcel of land with

Suffolk and State of New York, and acquired by Tax Deed
on February 10, 1981, from Jean H. Tuthill, the County
Treasurer of Suffolk County, New York, and recorded on
February 11 , 1981, in Liber 8959 Page 374 on 375, and
otherwise known 'as" and by Town of Southold Sch. Dist . 2
N-Main° Rd ; E-Demarest; S-Bay; W-S. Koroleski ,
TOGETHER with all right , title and interest , if any, of the
party of the first part of, in and- to -any streets and roads
abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof;
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises ;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the
party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
SUBJECT to all covenants , restrictions and easements of
record, if any.

AND the party_, of the first part , in compliance with Section
13 of the Lien Law, hereby covenants that the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will
hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to
be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the
improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the
cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the
same for any other purpose .
THE WORD "PARTY" shall be construed as if it read "parties"
whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
DISTRICT IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly

did depose and say that he resides at No. 8 Livingston Avenue ,
Babylon , NY 11701 ; that he is the Deputy Commissioner of the
Department of Real Estate of the County of Suffolk, New York, the
municipal corporation described in and which executed in the
foregoing instrument ; that he knows the seal of said corporation;
that the seal affixed to said instrument is such corporate seal ;
that it was so affixed by Resolution of the Suffolk County
Legislature and that he signed his name thereto by like order
being Resolution 842-1981 thereof.
