Mott , late of I' 430 Main Road, East Marion, N.Y. who died on the 24th day of February nineteen hundred and eighty—one, party of the first part, and VASILIOS GIANNOUTSOS and ELENI GIANNOUTSOS, his wife, residing at 87-11 Justice Avenue, Elmhurst, New York, 1j3( i3 party of the second part, iWITNESSETH, that whereas letters testamentary were issued to the party of the first part by the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, New York, on and by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last will and testament, and/or by Article 11 of the Estates, Powers and Trusts Law, and in consideration of Fifty—nine Thousand Five Hundred and 00/100 ($59,500.00) ------------------------------------------ dollars, paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being iiLdmc at East Marion, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, bounded and described as follows: I Northerly by the Main Highway; easterly by land of Wallace King, formerly of Daniel C. Rackett; Southerly by land formerly of George Thieringer, and westerly by land of Wayland Brown, consisting of one—third of an acre, more or less, and being the same premises as conveyed by Brigita Valulis to James J.
