a direct continuation northerly of the westerly boundary of said
above described premises.
TOGETHER also with an easement for ingress and egress over and upon
a private road, 35 feet wide, leading northerly from the right-of-way
first above mentioned about 330 feet to said private road running
southeasterly from the easterly terminus of Aquaview Avenue, the
westerly line of which 35 foot private road is 15 feet easterly as
measured along the northerly line of the right-of-way -first above
mentioned from a point therein which is 50 feet northerly as measured
