BEDNOSKI, AND JOHN DiVELLO, constituting the BOARD OF SOUTHOLD TOWN
TRUSTEES, a municipal corporation of the State of New York, having
its principal offices at (No #) Main Road, Southold, New York; and
TOWN OF SOUTHOLD, a municipal corporation of the State of New York,
having its principal offices at (No #) Main Road, Southold, New
York
party of the first part, and
CLINTON A. HOMMEL, residing at 5070-D N.W. Third Court,
Delray Beach, Florida 33445
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of

lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable considerationpaid
by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
succesSQrs and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
AU. that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the boundary line between land of Macy and
land of Board of Southold Town Trustees, said point being South 87
degrees 05 minutes East 225 feet, more or less, from the easterly
line of Inlet Lane;
running thence on the extension easterly of said line, South 87
degrees 05 minutes East 30 feet, more or less, to land of the party
of the second part;
thence along said land southerly and then easterly and then northerly
about 210 feet to said land of Macy;
thence along said land of Macy, South 87 degrees 05 minutes East 55
feet, more or less, to ordinary high water mark of Gardiners Bay;
thence southerly along said high water mark 100 feet, more or less,
to land of unknown owner;
o thence along said land, North 87 degrees 05 minutes West 208 feet,
more or less, to said land of Board of Southold Town Trustees;
thence northerly along said land, 110 feet, more or less, to the
point of BEGINNING.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets 'lIld
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to
said premises,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word Hparty" shall be construed as if it read Hparties" whenever the sense of this indenture 50 requires.
