A one-fourth (1/4) undivided interest in and to the 50 foot Right of Way
running between the northerly linecf Main Road (NYS Route 25) and the
southerly line of Lot #1 on the foregoing described minor subdivision
map of Whitcom Investment Company, more particularly bounded and de-
scribed as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument in the southwesterly corner of the Right of Way
herein described, the said monument also being at the southeasterly
corner of land of Harrison M. Demarest, Jr. , Robert T. Demarest, and
Louis M. Demarest, formerly Lydia E. Young;
thence from said point of beginning running North 15 degrees 09 minutes
20 seconds West 845. 74 feet to the southerly line of a proposed 60 foot
Right of Way and other land of the party of the first part;
running thence North 79 degrees 38 minutes 30 seconds East along the
southerly line of said proposed 60 foot Right of Way 71. 92 feet to a
point in the southerly line of said proposed 60 foot Right of Way;
running thence southwesterly through other land of the party of the
