thence along said land of Marvin, North 29 degrees 44 minutes 20 seconds West
39,97 feet to land now or formerly of Bender and Dougherty; thence along said
land, North 60 degrees 29 minutes 10 seconds East 45,55 feet to a point on the
extension northerly of the easterly line of land of the party of the second part;
thence along other land of the party of the first part, South 29 degrees 56 minutes
10 seconds East 40.00 feet to land now or formerly o~Lewis Edson; thence along
said land, South 60 degrees 31 minutes 20 seconds W.t 45.69 feet to the point of
beginning. Containing 1823 square feet.
The party of the second part does hereby grant to the party of the first part a
right of way 10 feet in width over lands of the party of the second part from the
premises

Together with all right, title and interest, jf any. of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting
the above described premises to the center lines thereof; Together with the appurtenanc~s and all the estate and
rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; To Have And To Hold the premises herein granted unto the
party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
And the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the
said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever. except as aforesaid.
And the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust
fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the pay.
ment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

I enclose herewith deed from Margery D. Burns to the Town of
Southold dated June 16, 1978 and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on June 28, 1978 in Liber 8452 of deeds at page
370 for filing in your office.
As you will recall, this parcel of land is behind the Town Hall.
In order that I may have a record for my files, will you please
acknowledge receipt of the deed by signing and returning to me
a copy of this letter enclosed for that purpose.
