IWITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs

014. 000 BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by deed from Frances C. King, as devisee under
the Last Will and Testament of Edwin H. King, deceased, dated
February 5 , 1974 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office
on February 22, 1974 in Liber 7592 page 462.
The conveyance hereunder is subject to a certain mortgage executed
by Robert T. Wall and Patricia T. Wall, his wife, as mortgagor, to
Southold Savings Bank, as mortgagee, which mortgage is dated January
12, 1978 and was recorded on January 19, 1978 in the Office of the
/ Clerk of the County of Suffolk in mortgage Liber 8094 page 584, and
on which mortgage there is now due the sum of $31S-0O.Clowith
interest at the rate of l�l1i per annum from �,/e/sf and
that the grantee assumes and covenants to pay such mortgage debt
and interest as part of the consideration for this conveyance.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to arr streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
_ and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
