SUBJECT to the conditions set forth on the foregoing described minor subdivision map as notes l through 9, inclusive. BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises described as Lot X62 on Minor Subdivision Map of Whitcom Investment Company, as amended September 2, 1980, and approved by the Planning Board of the Town of Southold, September 22, 1980, a copy of said map being on file with the Planning Board of the Town of Southold .
