Dear Albert:
Relative to the above captioned matter, we enclose herewith the following deeds
for recording in your office:
(1) Deed dated and acknowledged June 22, 1970, from Torsten T. Johnson
to the Town of Southold, which deed was recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on June 11, 1973, in Libel' 7416 of deeds at page 183.
(2) Deed dated and acknowledged September 11, 1970, from F. Harold Sayre
to the Town of Southold which deed was recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on June 11, 1973, in Libel' 7416 of deeds at page 186.
(3) Deed dated and acknowledged June 29, 1970. from Academy Printing
Enterprises, Inc. to the Town of Southold. which deed was recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on June 11, 1973, in Libel' 7416 of deeds at page 188.
(4) Deed dated and acknowledged May 5, 1973, from Carolina E. Karsten, to
the Town of Southold which deed was recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office

(5) Deed dated and acknowledged May 18, 1970. from Helen G. Cochran to the
Town of Southold. which deed was recorded b the Suffolk County Clerk's Office

corner of land now or formerly of Academy Printing Enterprises, Inc.;
running thence from said point of beginning along said land of
Long Island Railroad Company, North 66 degrees 53 minutes 20 seconds
East 233.89 feet;
thence along land now or formerly of Sayre, South 21 degrees 14
minutes 20 seconds East 66.87 feet to land now or formerly of Blaschack
thence along said land of Blaschack, three courses:
(1) South 68 degrees 43 minutes 00 seconds West 103.80 feet;
(2) North 21 degrees 42 minutes 00 seconds West 4.96 feet;
(3) South 68 degrees 18 minutes 00 seconds West 130.25 feet to
land of said Academy Printing Enterprises, Inc.;
thence along said land, North 21 degrees 06 minutes 50 seconds West
55.42 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the part}
of the first part in and to a right of way along the westerly line of
land of F. Harold Sayre extending from the southeasterly corner of the
premises southerly to the Main Road.
Being and intended to be the sarne premises conveyed by Mary
Ostrowski, also known as Mary Ostowski, to Torsten T. Johnson by deed
dated August 24, 1940 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
on September 3, 1940 in Liber 2119 of Deeds at page 455.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part tn and to
said premises,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read Hparties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
