situate at Nassau Point or Little Hog Neck, Suffolk County, New York
known and designated- as Plot A on a certain map entitled "Map of
Proposed Subdivision,` Section B, Nassau Point Club Properties , Inc . ,
situate on Nassau Point, Suffolk County, N.Y. , surveyed by Wallace
H. Halsey, C.E. , Southampton, N.Y. June 1919" and filed in the office
of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk at Riverhead , New York. TOGETHER
with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part
in and to land under the waters of Great Peconic Bay and Little
Peconic Bay abutting said premises . TOGETHER with all right, title
and interest, if any, of, in and to any streets and roads abutting
the above described premises to the center lines thereof.
Being the same premises conveyed by Anna Z. Ungerland to Gladys
Grinnell Bayles by deed dated July 9 , 1953 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk' s office in Liber 3544 of Deeds at page 70.
This deed is intended to confirm the devise of the within real
property to the party of the second part under the Last Will and
Testament of Gladys G. Bayles .
