We would like to make the following suggestions :
Harbor Lights Estates Section 5
1 . Because of the high cost of bonding and the need to keep
men working on an even basis all year round, we would like
to develop section 5 with 5 sections over a 3-5 year period.
2 . Elimination of Windjammer Dr. So. to No. Bayview Road.
3. Extend Clipper Drive thru to Windward and thru to No. Bayview
Rd as indicated by the red lines .
4. Possible elimination of Clipper Drive going straight thru
to No . Bayview because we already have two entrances--
on on being Anchor Lane and the other- - Brigantine Drive .
