DOOLEY, his wife, both
party of the first part, and TOWN OF SOUTHOLD, a municipal corporation of the State
of New York, having its office and principal place of business at 16 South Street,
Greenport, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the he.rs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

A right of way 15 feet in width to lay pipes for highway drainage purposes
and to maintain and operate, relay and remove said pipes on, over and through
the land hereinafter described, to wit:
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being atl
Orient, in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, being a strip of land
15 feet in width, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of Soundview Road at the
southeasterly corner of lot 48 and the southwesterly corner of lot 49. as
shown on "Map of Section Two, Orient by the Sea", filed in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office as Map No. 3444; from said point of beginning
running along said lot 48, North 2 degrees 50 minutes 50 seconds West
268 feet, more or less, to ordinary high water mark of Long Island Sound;
thence easterly along said high water mark, 1'5 feet, more or less; thence
through said lot 49, South 2 degrees 50 minutes 50 seconds East 286 feet,
more or less, to said northerly line of Soundview Road; thence along said
northerly line, South 77 degrees 30 minutes West 15.22 feet to the point
or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting tbe above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the firs( part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
.the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
