Re: Deed to the Town of Southold of strip of land on
North Side of Equestrian Avenue, Fishers Island
Dear Albert:
You will recall several days ago you sent me a copy of a deed from
Ernest R. Wall and wife to the Town of Southold. I have since checked
with Rensselaer Terry and he has located and sent me the original of
the above mentioned deed. Accordingly, I enclose herewith deed dated
May 5, 1956, from Ernest R. Wall and Anne A. Wall, his wife, to the
Town of Southold recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June
22, 1956, in Liber 4132 of deeds at page 363, with a map attached.
This deed should be filed in your office.
In order that we may have a record for our files, would you please
acknowledge receipt of the above mentioned deed by signing and returning
to this office the copy of this letter enclosed for that purpose.

We enclose herewith deed dated and acknowledged November 17, 1970, from
the State of New York to the Town of Southold which deed was recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on December 14, 1970, in Liber 6854 of deeds
at page 367. This deed shOUld be filed in your office for safekeeping.
We have charged the recording fee of $8. 50 to our account, and would appre-
ciate your check in the amount of $8. 50 to reimburse for the same.
Would you please acknowledge receipt of the above mentioned enclosure by
signing and returning to this office the copy of this letter enclosed for that
purpose.

BEGINNING at a stone monument on the Northeasterly line of
Equestrian Avenue, said monument being 825.77 feet North of a point
which is 4438.44 feet West of another monument marki~ the U. S.
Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "PROS and thence
running North 76 degrees 02 minutes 30 seconds West 9.55 feet along
. said Avenue line to a stake at the point of beginning of tho herein
conveyed tract; thence along said Avenue line North 76 degrees 02
minutes 30 seconds West 52.02 feet; thence still alon~ said Avenue
line North 31 degrees 18 minutes 00 seconds West 147.52 feet to
another monument at land of Gada; thence North 45 degrees 11 minutes
20 seconds East 1.83 feet, abutting Northwesterly on said Gada land;
thence South 32 degrees 24 minutes 00 seconds East 137.19 feet;
I thence South 65 degrees 16 minutes 30 seconds East 57.60 feet to the
Ipoint of beginning, containing 0.017 acres, more or less, according
Ito survey by Chandler & Palmer, Ensrls., dated September 1955, a

any other purpose.
