Wall and wife to the Town of Southold. I have since checked with Rensselaer Terry and he has located and sent me the original of the above mentioned deed. Accordingly, I enclose herewith deed dated May 5, 1956, from Ernest R. Wall and Anne A. Wall, his wife, to the Town of Southold recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June 22, 1956, in Liber 4132 of deeds at page 363, with a map attached. This deed should be filed in your office. In order that we may have a record for our files, would you please acknowledge receipt of the above mentioned deed by signing and returning to this office the copy of this letter enclosed for that purpose.
