FORK BANK'& TRUST COMPANY, and recorded in Liber 5392 of mortgages,
Page 99, in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on the 10th day of June,
1968, which mortgage was thereafter duly assigned by an assignment dated the
7th day of November, 1968, made by the NORTH FORK BANK & TRUST COM-
PANY to PHO~:BE VINCENT, and recorded in Liber 5497 of mortgages, Page
07, in the Offife) of. the Cle:;k of the County of Suffolk on the 13th day of November,

WHEREAS, the party of the first part, at the request of the party of the second part, has agreed to
give up and surrender the lands hereinafter described unto the party of the second part, and to hold 'and

being at Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
shown as "Vista Place" and "Glen Court" on a certain map entitled, "Map of Vista
Bluff, Cutchogue, ( Tbwn of Southold, Suffolk County, New Y-or-k",- filed in the Office
of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on March 15, 1968, as file Map No. 5060,
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the northwesterly
line of Duck Pond Road, 26.05 feet northeasterly
along said line from the northerly terminus of the
westerly line of said Duck Pond Road and the east-
erly terminus of the northerly line of Birch Lane;
from said point of beginning running the following
eleven courses:
(1) N. 390 00' W. - 472.0 feet; thence
(2) N. 60042' 20" E. - 395.22 feet; thence

BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of
Duck Pond Road, 330.0 feet northerly along said
westerly line from its intersection with the north-
westerly line of said Duck Pond Road; from said
point of beginning running two courses:
(1) S. 60042' 20" W. - 85.0 feet; thence
(2) N. 270 54' 50" W. - 98.51 feet to ordinary
high water mark of L. I. Sound;
THENCE along ordinary high water mark as
measured by a tie line, N. 60042' 20" E. -100.0
feet to said westerly line of Duck Pond Road;
THENCE along said westerly line, S. 190 17' 30"
E. - 100.0 feet to the point ,or place of beginning.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof and in and to any fixtures and articles
of personal property which are now contained in said premises and which may be covered by said mortgage.
TOGETHER with the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, and all right, title and interest
of the party of the first part, in and to the same, to the intent that the lands hereby released may be dis-
charged from said mortgage , and that the rest of the lands in said
mortgage specified may remain mortgaged to the party of the first part as heretofore.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the lands and premises hereby released and quitclaimed to the party of the
second part, and to the heirs, successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, free, clear and
discharged of and from all lien and claim under and by virtue of said mortgage
aforesaid.
