THIS INDENllJRE, made the 9th day of Septembeli" nineteen hundred and sixty-eight.
BETWEEN GEORGE AHLERS, residing at Cutchogue, Suffolk County, New York;
BARBARA RUBIN, residing at 354 East 69th Street, New York, New York; and
L. BARRON HILL and ADELAIDE H. HILL, his wife, both residing at Southold,
Suffolk County, New York,
party of the first part, and TOWN OF SOUTHOLD, a municipal corporation organized and
existing under and by virtue of the Laws of the State of New York, having its
principal offices and places of business at Greenport and at Southold, in the Town
of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
party of the second part,
wrrNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second par:t, the heirs
or suq:essors and assil!lls of the party of the second part forever, an easement for the draInage of

BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Hill Road, 102. 75 feet westerly
along said southerly line from the northeasterly corner of land of George Ahlers
and Barbara Rubin and the northwesterly corner of land of L. Barron Hill and
Adelaide H. Hill, his wife; from said point of beginning running South 22 degrees
29 minutes West, a distance' of 250 feet, more or less, to ordinary high water
mark of Hie Creed; thence westerly along said high water mark, 10 feet, more or
less; thence North 22 degrees 29 minutes East, a distance of 250 feet, more .or les:
to said southerly line of Hill Road; thence along said southerly line, South 68
degrees 53 minutes 50 seconds East, a distance of 10. 0 feet to the point of
beginning.
The above described easement being 10.0 feet in width.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any strellts and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER wi>th the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose. . , ,
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
