in the County of Suffolk, State of New York, maintaining its
principal office at South Street, Greenport, Suffolk County, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSE11I, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten doDars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the .second part forever,

BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of Deep Hole Drive as
relocated, said p'oint being situated S. 50 401 30" w. 130 feet
and S. 10 19' 00' W. 770.49 feet from a monument set at the
intersection of the southerly line of New Suffolk Avenue and the
easterly line of Deep Hole Drive; and running thence from the
point of beginning easterly through lands of Frank Zaleski the
following four courses and distances: (1) S. 790 001 E. 146.27
feet to ]and of Smith & Suter; (2) southerly along land of Smith &
Suter 10.17 feet to a point; (3) N. 790 001 w. 146.40 feet to a
point; and (4) N. 10 19' 00" E. 10.14 feet to the point or place
of beginning. Said premises are located in the Town of Southold.
If th~ Town of Southold .hall ever abandon or cease to use the above
described premises. then same shall revert to the party of the first
part or his heirs.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
