Dear Mrs. Klein-Pace,
The Board of Trustees has inspected the above referenced property as per your request,
for the possibility of constructing a dock.
It may be possible to construct a small dock/catwalk out from the cut out at the sw comer
of the property; but probably not a floating dock.
This is not a final determination; this will have to go through the full application and
hearing process, in order to determine all the factors and impacts on the environment.
Specifically, in order to review the proposal the Board would need water depths, channel
location, and the width of the existing creek
In addition, the existing chain link fence is an unpermitted structure within 100' of the
wetlands, and is not allowed under Chapter 97 of the wetland code. Fences along the
creeks block critical wildlife corridors. Please remove or move the fence in order to avoid
a fine or summons.

2980 Ole Jule Lane in Mattituck to determine whether it is possible to construct a dock.

options. I am aware the inspection date is the middle of December.
