At the meeting of the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council held Tuesday, September
12, 2000, the following recommendation was made:
Moved by Bill McDermott, seconded by Bret Hedges, it was
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL of the
Wetland Permit Application ofAST~ G~I}I$126-11-6 to build two bulkheads landward of
existing secondary bulkheads to terrace bluff in levels, return walls to be built on east and west
side connecting new walls north and south so neighboring properties have no erosion problem.
All material will be 1.5 CCA lumber. A set of stairs will be placed in same location. Sand areas
to be planted with beach grass, montauk daisies, and rosa rugosa.
