No negative environmental impacts are expected due to the
proposal calling for the removal of the existing larger
irreparable dock structure and construction of a smaller dock
structure. The existing dock has been situated on-site for
years and has yet to result in any form of negative
environmental impacts to the surrounding area. In addition,
the proposed dock structure will be smaller in both size and
scope, therefore any form of environmental impact will be less
than what was existing before the removal of said irreparable
dock structure.
