Dear Mr. Ludlow:
The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the survey dated October 22, 1997 and last
revised July 24,2001 and determined the proposed addition to the existing single-family
dwelling and septic system, to be out of the Wetland jurisdiction under Chapter 97 of the Town
Wetland Code.
However, any activirj within 100' of the Wetland line would requi~e permits from tlris office.
This determination is not a determination from any other agency.
