Dear Mr. Krupski:
We represent Robert Dougherty, who plans to fill a manrnade pond on the captioned property.
The pond was constructed some time after February 1988, as evidenced by a 25 February 1988
aerial photograph provided by AeroGraphics Corp., which depicts the absence of the pond at that
time.
Because the filling of this pond is beyond the jurisdiction of the Town Trustees pursuant to
Sections 97-11 and 97-12(C) of the Town Code, would you kindly issue a Letter of Non-
Jurisdiction for the project at your earliest convenience.
Enclosed for your reference is a locator map; a recent land survey; recent photographs of the site;
a copy of the relevant portion of the referenced aerial photo; and a letter from Mr. Dougherty
authorizing En-Consultants, Inc. to act on his behalf.
