Dear Ms. Mesiano:
The Soulhold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the survey dated January 16, 2002 and
determined that the alteration of existing resident ~ existing one story round structure with a 120'
circumference on a full 26'x26' basement - a 26'x34' two story addition is proposed on the east
side a 19'x26' one story addition to the west side together with a second story addition to the
existing structure - existing septic system to be out of the Wetland Jurisdiction under Chapter 97
of the Town Wetland Code and Chapter 37 of the Town Code, Coastal Erosion.
However any activity within 100' of the Wetland line and/or seaward of the Coastal Erosion
Hazard Line, would require action from this office.
This determination is not a determination from any other agency.

Dear Mr. Krupski:
Per your request, please be advised that Mr. Wickham intends to undertake a
substantial alteration of the existing residence. Existing is a 1 story round
structure with a 120' circumference on a full 26' x 26' basement. A 26' x 34' two
story addition is proposed on the east side and a 19' x 26' one story addition to
the west side together with a second story addition to the exiting structure. The
existing septic system will be utilized. The existing setback from the high tide
line, 162', will be maintained.
