NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Southold
will hold a public hearing at the Supervisor's Office, 16 South
Street, Greenport, New York, at 3:30 P.M. on April 27, 1976, on
the following matter, .to wit:
3:30 P.M. upon application of Charles J. Zahra for

WHEREAS a public hearing was held on said application
on the 27th day of April 1976, at which time all
interested persons were given an opportunity to be
heard, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED that Charles J. Zahra be granted permission
to operate a transient travel trailer park on the
north side of School House Road, Cutchogue, New York,
bounded north by Leisure Green, east by Buace and
another, south by School House Road, and west by Mllndaro
and Town of Southold, SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITION:
1. The number of trailers presently situated
under the former permit held by Clifford
and Edwina Tyler, namely twenty-three sites,
shall not be increased."

Supervisor Martocchia: You have heard the reading of the notice,
the description of the property involved, the request being made,
the legal advertisement in the proper papers, the posting in the
Town Clerk's Office. Is there anyone here that would like to
speak for the applicant or is the applicant here?
Charles J. Zahra: I would like to make a statement and I would
like to correct the records, if possible. In application for this,
I think they worded incorrectly. I am not establishing a trailer
park. It is now established. We are just trying to transfer
ownership.

Supervisor: Do you know where it is? School House Road, Cutchogue.
Cliff Tyler: I own the trailer park. It is a twenty-three site
trailer park and it has been run for six years and as of now
we haven't had an;r complaints whatsoever.
Councilman Homan: It's roughly 412 by 215.
Supervisor: Anyone else wish to comment on this application?
Hearing none, I w:Lll call the hearing to a close and the Board
will make a detenaination very shortly.
