a distance of 0.34+ miles in the unincorporated c~t,,unity of Southold.
The above order will be effective upon the installation, modification or removal of the nece~ary traffic control device (s) required by end
conforming to the State Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices.

which are described in paragraph (1), exclusive of the town, county and state
highways listed in paragraph (2).

Area description: Beginning at the intersection of the northerly right-of-way
of State ~oute 25 (M~n Road) and the westerly right-of-way of Harbor Road
extended; thence northeasterly along the northerly right-of-way of State Route
25 and Lower P~ad to the westerly right-of-way of Ackerly Pond Lane; thence

extended; thence northerly along the westerly right-of-way of Emerson Road
end Harbor Road to the point of beginning.
The following town, county and state highways are excluded frc~ the above
35 MPH area speed limit.
(i) State P~ute 25 (Main Road), a state highway, between Harbor Road end
Mill Creek.
(ii) Boisseau Avenue, a town highway between CR 48 end State Route 25.
(iii) Traveler Street, a town highway between Horton Lane end Youngs Avenue.
