This Department recently initiated a program to ensure that the Official
Compilation of Codes, Rules and Regulations of the State is %ccurate and
up-to-date with respect to the traffic regulations filed by this Depart-
ment. A detailed review of the Secretary of State's files has been
completed. Based on this, the listing of those orders in your Town which
are still shown as uncompleted in the Secretary of State's files has been
prepared. Attached is a copy and list of the related documents for your
Town°
Please review the attached and advise this office of those orders which
have been completed. You may do so by writing the completion date next to
the appropriate regulations on the attached sheet and returning it to this
office.
Your assistance in this matter will be appreciated since it will enable
this Department and the Secretary of State to clear up their files,
increasing the usefulness of the compilation and reducing potential errors.
