(1) Area description: Beginning at the intersection of the southeasterly right-of-ray line
Route 25 with the easterly right-of-~ay line of South Harbor Road; thence southerly alone
easterly right-of-way line of South Harbor Road to its intersection with the northeaste
shoreline of Hog Neck Bay; thence easterly along the northerly shoreline of Hog Neck B
northerly along the westerly shoreline of Little Peconic Bay, and westerly and northerly al
the southerly shoreline of Southold Bay, to its intersection with the southwesterly shoreline
Town Creek; thence northwesterly along the southwesterly shoreline of Tosm Creek to
intersection with the easterly right-of-ray line of Young's Avenue; thence northerly alone
easterly right-of-way line of Youngts Avenue to. its intersection with the southeaste
right-of-way line of Route 25; thence southwesterly alone the southeasterly tight-of-~ay line

Please present this to your committee for review and recommendation to the Town
Board. I have not yet received the recommendations of the Chief of Police or
Superintendent of Highways. I will forward them when received. Thank you.
I am waiting for response from Chief of Police, Highway Supt. and
Transportation Commission. However,in an effort facilitate matters,
I placed a resolution on the agenda, so it can be sent off when
they are received, provided they are in agreement.

To the Supervisor of Southold Town
We, the residents of South Harbor Rd., ask that the town reduce from 35 to 30
MPH ,a~nd enforce said limit. The people that go up and down this road do not obey the
limit that we h_~,ve now. We thank you for doing this.

in an easterly direction around Great Hog Neck to Jockey Creek; and at the
intersection of Jockey Creek and State Road 25 and proceeding westerly
on the south side of State Road 25 to the original point of South Harbor
and State Road 25. Encompassing the entire area south of Jockey Creek
Bridge and south of State Road 25 in Bayview.
