The Planning Board has reviewed the maps for the above

The Board is not in favor of the proposed set-off as shown
in that it does not provide access to Sound Avenue, in the event
the larger parcel is developed in the future, the Board would
like to see 50' of the road frontage,( or greater, if need be
to provide for a 90 degree intersection.) left for the larger
parcel on the eastern most edge of the property. Please see the
enclosed map for clarification.
Upon receipt of the revised maps the Planning Board will
proceed with their review.
