Dear Ms. Wickham:
The Southold Town Planning Board, at a meeting held on Monday, August 11, 2003,
adopted the following resolution:
The final public hearing was closed.
WHEREAS, the applicant proposes to transfer 6,626 sq. ft. from SCTM#1000-51-3-4.3
to SCTM#1000-51-3-4.1 and transfer 9,860 sq. ft. from SCTM#1000-51-3-4.3 to SCTM#
1000-51-3-6.1; and
WHEREAS, following the transfer, SCTM#1000-51-3-4.1 will equal .60 acres,
SCTM#1000-51-3-6.1 will equal .61 acres and SCTM#1000-51-3-4.3 will be reduced in
area from 27.40 acres to 27.03 acres; and
WHEREAS, the Southold Town Planning Board, acting under the State Environmental
Quality Review Act, performed an uncoordinated review of this Unlisted Action and
issued a Negative Declaration on July 14, 2003; and
WHEREAS, the Southold Town Planning Board, pursuant to Chapter 58, Notice of
Public Hearing, has received affidavits that the applicant has complied with the
notification provisions; and
WHEREAS, all the requirements of the Lot Line Regulations of the Town of Southold
have been met; be it therefore

RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board grant conditional final approval on
the surveys, dated as revised June 20, 2003, and authorize the Chairman to endorse
the final surveys subject to fulfillment of the following condition. This condition must be
met within six (6) months of the resolution:
1. The filing of new deeds with the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk pertaining to
the amendment of the lot line and, upon filing, submittal of a copy to this office.

The Southold Town Planning Board, at a meeting held on Monday, July 14, 2003,
adopted the following resolution:
WHEREAS, the applicant proposes to transfer 6,626 sq. ft. from SCTM#1000-51-3-4.3
to SCTM#1000-51-3-4.1 and transfer 9,860 sq. ft. from SCTM#1000-51-3-4.3 to SCTM#
1000-51-3-6.1; and
WHEREAS, following the transfer, SCTM#1000-51-3-4.1 will equal .60 acres,
SCTM#1000-51-3-6.1 will equal .61 acres and SCTM#1000-51-3-4.3 will be reduced in
area from 27.40 acres to 27.03 acres; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Planning Board, acting under the State
Environmental Quality Review Act, do an uncoordinated review of this Unlisted Action.
The Planning Board establishes itself as lead agency, and as lead agency, makes a
determination of non-significance and grants a Negative Declaration; and be it further
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board set Monday, August 11, 2003, at
6:05 p.m. for a final public hearing on the maps, dated as revised June 20, 2003.

An Environmental Assessment Form has been submitted and reviewed. A freshwater
wetland exists on site, however due to the distance from the proposed action and the
nature of the proposed action, no impact will occur.

Based upon such, no significant adverse impacts to the environment are expected to

We represent Albina Sawicki and her son, Walter E. Sawicki, in the above application for a lot line
change.
My clients would like to slightly increase the size of their residence parcels (tax lots 6.1 and 4.I) when
they sell the farm parcel (tax lot 4.3) to Frank Purita. Mr. Purita will simultaneously sell the
development rights to Suffolk County to a significant portion of the 27 acre parcel when he
purchases the farm. Accordingly, I enclose the following:

2. 94s* os Environmental Assessment Form;
3. Transactional Disclosure Forms (3);
4. Eight prints of the survey; *
5. Copy of Deed for Tax Lot 4.3;
6. Copy of Deed for Tax Lot 4.1;
7. Copy of last will and testament of Cecelia Sawicki leaving Tax Lot 6.1 to Walter E. Sawicki;
8. Application fee of$250.
