RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board approve a set-off (106-13) as designated on the map of Dorothy Madowitz & Ethel Rothstein for the conveyance of the 15.939 acres of wetlands to the Nature Conservancy and the 25.29 acres of up- land to be sold under the Suffolk County Farm Preservation.
