I didn't have a problem with any of it. One of the existing floats was larger than it was supposed to be so they downsized it back down to a 6' by 20' float. So I'll make a motion to approve. PETER COWAN requests an Amendment to Permit #6165 to move the location of the proposed in-ground swimming pool approximately 3' closer to the house and away from the wetlands.
