THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION NO. 2006-294 WAS ADOPTED AT
THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD ON MARCH 28, 2006:
RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby amends Resolution No. 17 of 2005
adopted at the January 18, 2005 reeular Town Board meetine to read as follows:
WHEREAS, the Planning Board on January 14, 1997, approved the Minor Subdivision of Arthur Foster at
Mattituck; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Board's approval was conditioned upon the 20,959 square foot area as depicted on
the subdivision plat being dedicated to the Town of Southold for drainage purposes; and it is further
RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby accepts, for drainaee ourDoses, the area
deoicted for dedication to the Town of Southold, as shown on the attached Minor Subdivision Map for
Arthur Foster at Mattituck, and further authorizes Supervisor Scott A. Russell to execute the conveyance
documents and all other necessary documents to effectuate same, all in accordance with the approval of the
Town Attorney.

Foster and the Town of Southold regarding the conveyance of the drainage area
in connection with the referenced parcel. This Deed was recorded yesterday
with the Suffolk County Clerk. The original, recorded Deed will be sent to your

BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of land of the Town of Southold and
Cox Neck Road, at a distance of 829.00 feet more or less from the intersection of
the southerly line of Bergen Avenue and the westerly line of Cox Neck Road;
From said point running along said land of Town of Southold and Cox Neck
Road, the following courses and distances:
1. South 12 degrees 19 minutes 19 seconds East, a distance of 103.57 feet;
2. North 77 degrees 40 minutes 41 seconds East, a distance of 258.03 feet;
