Not including 2005 dues. Discussion was held concerning non payment of dues and new members not being aware of association and restrictions, (The last 3 properties having been sold with outstanding dues.) Aider a healthy discussion, a motion was made and carded, to have a legal review of our association status to provide us with options as to how we might proceed to protect the association's rights as well as private road and beach. Fred Young will address this and schedule another meeting once a review has been done and options developed. (Another meeting will be called after information is gathered All should attend!) Road issues addressed; a. The issue of cars being parked at the entrance to the road blocking the line of site down Main Bayview was brought up by George Spanos. All were in agreement as to the problem, Fred Young will take pictures of the problem and write to the town about having no parking signs installed. Rose Spanos mentioned the problem with the ice this winter at the beginning of the road. Patti Cummings will see if the contractor plowing the road can also ~pread sand & salt. c. Joan Hand brought up the pot holes at the entrance to the road. Fred Young will get some cold patch and fill them. Concerns were raised about people driving too fast on the road. We have more young children on the road now. (Lots of grandchildren!) PLEASE SLOW DOWN! Corey Creek A ssociation 4. Boat ramp; our attempt to get steel tread ramps last year failed. It was agreed that we should look into getting a permit if required and have new concrete poured where the ice has broken the lower half of the ramp..Matt Kaessinger will follow-up. 5. Janeth Wanzor asked if the bringing of Suffolk County Water down Corey Creek Lane could be readdressed. No one present had a change of mind, however we were only 2 people short &having the necessary 50% to get the water run. If you have changed your mind since last year or are a new owner who did not vote, please voice your opinion to Fred Young. 6.
