Permit No. 523 to my client, Ivanka Andonov, the current owner of the subject premises.
Request is hereby made for a Certificate of Compliance for the dock. I have enclosed my
check in the sum of $50.00 for the inspection fee.

The following action was taken at the Southold Town Board of Trustees regular meeting
held on Wednesday, March 22, 2006:
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVE the request for a
Transfer of Permit #523 from John Simeoni to Ivanka Andonov, as issued on March 17,
1969, with the condition the dock doesn't extend out further seaward than the
neighboring docks.

THIS PERMIT is subject to the following terms and conditions:
That there shall be no unreasonable interference with navigation as a result of
the work herein authorized.
Th. at there shall be no interference with the right of the public to pass and re-
pass along that poction of the beach between low and high water mark.
That the work shall be subject tm the supervision and approval of the said
Board of Trustees or its agents.

alteration in the location of the work herein authorized, or fi, in the opini,on
of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Southald, sUch work shall cause un-

The authority conferred by this permit may be terminated by the Board of Trustees

To Whom It May Concern:
The Estate of John Simeoni is selling his property to Ivanka Andonov. We
respectfully request that Mr. Simeoni's permits be transferred to the new purchaser, Ms.
Andonov.
For your review, enclosed please find survey of premises dated March 1, 2006 and
our check in the sum of $50.00 payable to the Southold Town Trustees. The dock was
removed from Jockey Creek for the purposes of winter storage. We would greatly
appreciate this matter to be added to your schedule for Wednesday, March 15, 2006.
By this letter, my client authorizes the Trustees to make this inspection. I
appreciate your courtesies in this matter.
