We respectfully request that Mr. Simeoni's permits be transferred to the new purchaser, Ms. Andonov. For your review, enclosed please find survey of premises dated March 1, 2006 and our check in the sum of $50.00 payable to the Southold Town Trustees. The dock was removed from Jockey Creek for the purposes of winter storage. We would greatly appreciate this matter to be added to your schedule for Wednesday, March 15, 2006.
